Why Choose Brooklyn Middle
Brooklyn Middle STEAM School: Engineering a Global Perspective offers a schoolwide STEAM model that provides a path for middle school students in both arts and STEM (science, technology, engineering and math). Scholars have opportunities for arts and engineering coursework through project-based learning and participate in interactive, real-world experiences with scientists, engineers, mathematicians, musicians, artists, and technical professionals.
As a magnet school, Brooklyn Middle enrolls both resident and non-resident students. If you wish to attend Brooklyn Middle but live outside the school's attendance area, apply for enrollment through the Northwest Suburban Integration School District (NWSISD).
